Kerala & Rameshwaram Family Pilgrimage 7N/8D (Munnar–Thekkady–Alleppey–Trivandrum–Kovalam–Rameshwaram)

Arrive at Kochi Airport/Railway Station on your own arrangement. Meet our representative and proceed by private AC vehicle to Munnar (approx. 4–5 hrs). En route enjoy views of Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls (photo stops) and lush green valleys. On arrival in Munnar, check-in at your 4-star hotel and relax. Evening free at leisure to explore the local market or enjoy the cool climate.

After breakfast, proceed for full-day Munnar sightseeing by private vehicle. Visit Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai – home to the Nilgiri Tahr; entry subject to park timings and availability), followed by Photo Point and tea gardens for great pictures. Later visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point and Kundala Lake. Optional visit to a tea museum (entry extra) can be added on the way back. Evening at leisure.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx. 3–4 hrs). On arrival, check-in at your 4-star resort. Later visit a spice plantation (guided tour included) to learn about Kerala spices. In the evening, you can opt for a boat ride on Periyar Lake inside Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (subject to availability; basic ticket included) where you may spot wildlife along the shores. Overnight in Thekkady.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey (approx. 4–5 hrs). On arrival, check-in at your backwater resort. Later enjoy a 2-hour shared-day-cruise on the Alleppey backwaters (on a motor boat/large shikara; common boat, private transfers to jetty included). Glide through narrow canals, paddy fields and village areas. Evening free to relax by the lake or explore nearby areas.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thiruvananthapuram (approx. 4–5 hrs). On arrival, check-in at your city hotel. Later visit the famous Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple for darshan (dress code as per temple rules; pooja/archana charges extra if taken). Time permitting, enjoy a short orientation drive past key city landmarks and museum area (from outside). Evening at leisure.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to nearby Kovalam (approx. 30–45 mins). Check-in at your beach resort. Day free to enjoy Kovalam’s Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach and nearby stretches on your own with your vehicle at disposal for local movements. Enjoy sunset views over the Arabian Sea from the beach promenade.

Early breakfast and check out. Drive from Kovalam to Rameshwaram (approx. 8–9 hrs including breaks) via scenic coastal and interior routes. En route halt briefly at Pamban Bridge viewpoint for photographs. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Later in the evening, proceed for darshan at Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple and holy dip at Agnitheertham (rituals/pooja at own cost). Overnight in Rameshwaram.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. If time permits before your onward train/flight, visit Dhanushkodi Beach and nearby points by private vehicle. Later you will be dropped at Rameswaram/Madurai Railway Station or Madurai Airport (as per your onward arrangement). Tour ends with blessings from Rameshwaram.
